I dnt lyk u dr. phil, burn n hell oprah!
Taking great liberties in translating, he's basically wanting FFXI-2.
Yea, bring back the MS paint pikachu!
And it seems the OP edited his original post a bit... I sort of see what he's saying now, but not sure I agree. I loved FFXI as much as the next person, but the NM system on that game was pretty horrendous. It sucked having to wait a whole day for a chance at claiming an NM, only to lose it to a rival shell. BCNM's were ok, but few were actually that hard. 11 was amazingly easy if you used voice chat, but most shells refused to do so. The average FF11 player never realized how much easier it is to play a game when you're able to communicate much faster and more accurately with voice communications. You can say "I played on the PS2!" but you can get ventrilo on phones and stuff nowdays, and most people have laptops anyways.
That... Or the average FF11/14 player was a Mithra/Miqo'te who didn't want people to know they were actually a guy IRL. I'm just sayin...
Oh alright i'll keep it till someone complains.
@OP
Its not so much a deliberate choice to make the game so easy, its just a lack of difficult things to fight were developed because ...I'm thinking they really wanted to launch the game early.
