Old issue - Game locks up while loading into cities.. STILL

Bladesinger, what are some things you have tried to alleviate the issue? I just want to double check so that we don't end up suggesting something you have already tried. Also is your GPU overclocked at all? Additionally when playing Final Fantasy XIV on the computer, do you have any programs running background?

Things that I've done to try and alleviate the issue: Increasing the CPU prioritiy for the game to "above normal" or "high" - I use a program called Advanced Systemcare to "clean" my Memory and decrease the amount of load the RAM is under - GPU is not overclocked - I do turn the fan speed up on it only if it hits 60° or above utilizing EVGA's Precision XOC - Once I'm done doing all that, I close them all down tho - Only other program that I have running in the background is Discord and sometimes Firefox.
