Now, alternatively, what they could do is make all TP costing abilities suddenly be CD only, no cost to even MP, so abilities like Foes' Requiem would continue to burn the one resource super fast, even with Refresh in effect. Then abilities like Quiknock could be spammed for days, assuming a fair GCD.

Yes, I read that interview before. It adds nothing to speculation at the moment other than affirmation that Yoshi thinks TP is only just there without use, now that Sprint is CD only (and what a lame CD timer it is). Yoshi has thought a lot of interesting things before.
