New to healing in FFXIV, looking for WHM help

Once again, thank you to everyone that has replied.

I maintain my stance, that most people either use cure 1 or not and I have decided to keep it on my hot bar as I often find that while Largesse is active, a cure 1 does fantastic healing and is mostly capable of healing a decent amount. Also, I often find myself in lower level content with duty roulette leaving cure 1 as a viable option a lot of the time.

I have also noticed how few healers use Medica 1, instead opting only for medica 2. I personally only use Medica 2 to put the HoT on targets, prefering to Medica 1 between if needed, while also using Largesse as often as i can or is needed in between.

I have definitely been using Assize a lot, as well as not being afraid to use my other oGCD skills in between, saving only benediction for emergencies (it has saved me a lot of trouble in the past when massive damage has hit either the tank, myself or the other healer. I am still trying to tweak my playstyle further, but thanks to the tips i have received from my FC as well as from all of you, I am finding that I have become a competent healer ^_^

Once i start running level 70 content, I am sure i will learn a lot more. That being said, practice makes perfect and I am continuing working on perfecting my job, keeping up with practicing (rinse, lather, repeat). I hope that, should i encounter any of you in instances, you are not disappointed :>
