    I remember someone making a complaint they got a suspension from the forums because they reported their own thread.

    Could just edit it with the new info or just let it rot.

    Maybe the team has changed rules? I'm having a hard time believing you'd get a suspension for saying "I've made a mistake, this thread is wasting space - since no one has replied to it, could you please delete it?", but I guess it's possible. Or it could be possible that the person who reported their own thread did something to warrant a suspension, as the GMs probably go through the thread to see what went down. I've reported my own post once, giving reasons why (a long time ago).

    A common thing I've heard of people complaining about reporting someone and getting in trouble too but then you hear more info and realize that they also replied in a heated manner after reporting lol. If you're going to report someone then don't write them hatemail afterwards (or before haha), the GMs will not be impressed XD.
