    They are turning off their A/C and keeping lights shut off, just so that we can play XIV for free... I am seriously touched. SE, you rock.

    Why would you be touched? This is business, and they need to do this before the downtime starts affecting their businesses negatively.

    Because they are not *forced* to save energy at all. The shibuya area is exempt from the rolling outages, and businesses are only encouraged to save energy.
