Heard that as "Whoever wallows - is to find his troop". It'd be fine if the missing word was "in" but it sounds like "isk" and I can't think of any word sounding close to that while keeping the same meaning - "Stumble inside and his buddies will get you"

Initially thought "And Kupqu Kogi is standing tall" for this part but now "And look behind you, standing tall" is sounding a bit more likely to me now. If it was "It's the biggest moogle of them all" I'd say it's definitely "look behind you" but I'm hearing with/where
