RDM is about the one job that can solo PotD. It can still perform admirably in group content. Saying BLU has a solo mode, and saying BLU is designed for solo play are two completely different things. The Devs said one thing; we got the other. If they weren't intentionally misleading or just misinformed, that entire presentation is one of the biggest cases of poor phrasing I have ever seen in my life.

How is content designed exclusively for BLU to play solo and BLU being "designed for solo play" two completely different things? PotD isn't designed to be solo'd exclusively by RDM and RDM wasn't exclusively designed for the purpose of soloing PotD.

That question shames both of us, I hope you realize that. BLU could've been an unlimited job but still had the Masked Carnivale all to its own. Similar to how every job in the game is designed for solo play in some form or another because the MSQ doesn't let you bring friends. The difference is, all other jobs also play nice with others. BLU doesn't and it has nothing to do with the Masked Carnivale.
