I believe they are from the EX versions, yes.

Anyone have any luck learning Loom! from the rank b monster... Good lord large groups over 50 kills and nothing is it really that hard to learn?

I haven't had any luck with it. My guess is its just more rare than the others based on how few people seem to be getting it quickly compared to others but rng is rng...can't really be certain.

Bad Breath from Morbols in C Shroud

Bad Breath can also be learned from the Heliostropers in South Shroud near Camp Tranquil. Not many people were trying to get it there when I was on last night.

Someone confirmed getting titan off the HM version. Supposedly only garuda/shiva have to be done on ex.

eruption is confirmed that Ifrit normal is supposed to teach it. it's a known issue to be fixed next week. do we know if Titan Normal teaches his move or is it just HM/EX? anybody?

Went in with some friends last night to test, and unfortunately, Titan normal does NOT use Mountain Buster - so hard mode or extreme for that

you can actually learn Diamondback solo in Step of Faith, just wait until the turtle spawned, used the Diamondback skill and kill it with Tail Screw (learned from The Peaks).

I learned loom at level 31 from the b rank hunt. Really low chance took hours.

Sometimes it’s really hard to tell if you can’t learn these skills from certain monsters or if you’re just having really bad luck when it’s such a low chance. I’ve been spamming ifrit normal solo to try and see if he can teach eruption but no luck so far.
