It's not one's job to censor your chat channel in this game but yours.
This is true, but it doesn't make it any less the fault of the person shouting the spoiler.
As you must weigh up the risk/benefits of hiding shout/yell, when you shout a spoiler you weigh up the risk/benefits of doing so.
You can always Tell the person asking.

Being your fault doesn't mean you need to be censored or that it should be against the rules, but those who are spoiled are justified in being annoyed at you.

Implying everyone's concept of 'spoiling' is the same. They might not see it as a spoiler at all and thus, not see the need to be careful about it.

but those who are spoiled are justified in being annoyed at you.
Is it their right? Yes. Is it justified? That's debatable.

Seems cool so far though not "groundbreaking". We'll in a week or two if it has any staying power. I doubt it will though as minigames in this game never stay alive for long.

    The amount of bootlicking...

Thal's balls - the sheer level of blind fanboyism and Square bootlicking here is frightening.

Maybe try to like... socialize ?

You know all those characters running around are actually real people playing.
You can talk to them, form a group with them, share the kill and the spell learning... instead of sitting in your corner waiting for the mobs to spawn...

Yeah, seriously, though that's to be expected probably. "Masterpiece" is a pretty laughable term to throw about. The whole thing was broken on arrival between how you could trivialize the leveling process, to how few spells are in the open world, to the fact that they broke chocobo progression and are going to hotfix it, to the fact that the job itself feels severel underpowered anywhere except the Carnivale itself, making me wonder why it has to be sectioned off in its own corner from a balance perspective.

There are just a very small number of very very strong spells, and even among those very few work on anything stronger than the first boss of a dungeon (or in the case of Missile, partly because of abusing server tic rate), negating 90% of the "fun" and "flavor" that was advertised as why the Limited Job had to exist at all. A few of them are also absolutely easily adjusted to be reasonable and in line with other existing job balance (Peculiar Light and White Wind for example). The rest of the "strong" spells are just memes - Self Destruct, Final Sting, Transfusion. Basically once you look outside the Carnivale, I have to wonder why half the spells exist (six different flavors of PBAoE and ground targeted etc).

If they wanted to make BLU not allowed to play with others and do current content, they needed to break the job WAY harder. Where's my Blue Mage soloing t13 or something crazy that would justify it? As it stands, outside of the couple glitchy/strong skills, everything else feels drastically /underpowered/, which is honestly even worse.

i really hate blue, that grind for skills is just mindnumbing and theres literally no fun thing about. the class feels underwhelmingly weak

grinding tt npcs with roulette/chaos/plus rule is more fun

this content feels worse and less rewarding than than any eureka grind

grinding primal skills for a pathetically low chance is just dumb. I guess that is content for some people.
