It's going to clip as normal for any housing items though the inside of the basin is a little shallower than it appears.

Yep! Most of them are in the 30-60 crafting range, only a few are higher-level, and I don't think any of the non-primal items are specialist. Most also use easy-to-gather materials.

I have been using this in the FC house. I have been hoping for one with water effects or a bit more compact/without the shelves above.

I also wish the sink itself in the Manor Counter counted as "shelf space". I get why the bathroom one doesn't, but that big flat one would look much more sink-like if I could put some "used" food trays in it.
