    Yup, try that and see if it helps. For reference I changed mine so that when weapon is drawn it only targets enemies, mostly eliminates the issue. The only downside is sometimes when you need to target an NPC you have to sheath weapon. (your character is listed as WHM so I'll assume you heal occasionally which is mainly where this particular issue might arise)
