Finding FFXIV cheap?

I'm interested in seeing how FF14 has changed some since beta, and (inb4 flames or something) the game isn't very popular and I imagine I should be able to find the game dirt cheap, however it's being sold for full price on ebay and for about 40$ on Amazon, anyone know of somewhere I can get the game relatively cheap?

Willing to pay a bit more for CE, maybe 20$ or 30$, but it's not a huge deal, I just like getting CEs, don't have much money though so a cheap SE is good.

i seriously regret getting the CE. It is not worth the extra cost. have you thought of just asking for a buddy key? Servers are down atm, but buddy keys are free and perfect to just see what the changes are.

I don't know anyone that plays, and honestly I'd like to get the game now if it's cheap, so if/when the game "turns around" I won't have to buy it at full price.

Cheapest I found it for was around 26.95 on Amazon, think that's your best bet.

Considering that the CE includes the security token and a few other perks, i wouldn't say getting it on the cheap would be bad. I'd rather look for it at some local store or retail chain, where it's easier to find it discounted.

Not much use to you, but I checked the price here in the UK just to see what it was, and a new copy of SE is £2.85 on Amazon in the UK (but from a reseller, Amazon aren't directly stocking any more).

I bought mine last week from play.com in the UK who stock it £12.99 free delivery. Play.com always lowest price, and i dont like buying from marketplace sellers, also FF online games are region specific so if your in the US you have to buy a US

I found my copy for what roughly equals 25-30$, which is dirt cheap for games in sweden. But yeah, you need a US copy, and I'd first try finding it in a local store if I were you. If you can't, scour all the websites you can find

Actually they are. You need a NA SE account for the NA version, JP SE account for the JP version, and etc.
