Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

I think this was lost back about 100 pages ago, but going to take another swing at this dead horse:

Allow us to rotate wall mounted items. I want to be able to make paintings uneven/off center, along with anything else that goes on the wall.

False doors (that function like wall mounted items). Would be great to have a single item that can be placed to imply a bathroom, closet, back room, etc in a small house, to make it feel larger and more filled out.

So with the teased Isgard housing maybe coming in 5.0, you think we stand a chance to get some more "winter-y" options for our yard? I'd love to get pine trees (without decorations,) leafless trees, plants covered in ice or snow, or even (I know it's unlikely but please, please, please) a "blanket" option for the yard that lets you swap between the default grass texture or a plain white, snowy one.

I'd love to have wintery housing skins as well. More traditional log cabin/alpine looks. Snow covered rooves, frosted windows, maybe some with string lights, plain stone chimney stack, boots by a snow piled door step. And yes, evergreens!

As a decorator for hire, I would like to see:
1. the Mansion item limit increased to 500 (the scale comparison to the other size houses is completely unfair for the space given)
2. majority of ground items become "tabletop" items
3. a blank white partition door
4. stage panels to be walls or a variant of them
5. Lalafell-friendly sized kitchen/bathroom/counters/table items (many lala clients ask me to makeshift lala-sized furnishings, please make this easier somehow O.o this is the bane of my decorating existence atm) a house race size slider option?
6. please make more items in game dyable please!
7. could there be an option to change the "wallpaper" of houses to rid of the pillars? they cause many spacial and symmetrical aesthetic issues x_x
8. also... is it possible to have pets that move around in the house? I would like to have a few cats :x maybe with a limit?

I appreciate you taking the time to read this and take into consideration. Thank you for all you have done to improve housing decorating in the game so far. Decorating has become my main reason for playing the game and I love the challenges my clients provide me, but some are near impossible atm haha. Again thank you!

I have been frustrated with this lately... I help decorate my friend's houses and their yards. They could only afford a small, but a small house limit is 20 items in the yard.... Can't it be like... 25?

Also..... is it possible to have live swimming fishes in our yard? In a pond? A large garden pond with koi's inside.

There was a furniture design winner that was a koi pond, so we'll get one eventually. It's supposed to be in between the large pond and the garden pond in size.

1. Increase Housing item limight by +25 FC-room/apartment, +50 Small house, +150 Medium house, +300 large house
2. Increase garden all houses by +5
3. Visiible item limit up at least x 2 of what it is now if not more
4. To be able to place lofts and windows, without using 'glitches'
5. More furniture, chairs and toys... and bigger variety.
6. Ability to modify house walls more into different looks.
7. Ability to change lightning on each floor of your house for a better setting.
8. Being able to use house appearence of any place, eg. shirogane looks in the mist... mist look in shirogane etc.
9. Orchestrions to have a bigger list of possible songs on the play list.

1. Since it would be hard to make all plots the same size to allow upgrades can we have at least an option to upgrade the instanced part?
   There are a lot of small/medium houses in a lovely spot and it would be nice to have a bigger interior.
   
   
2. With the world visit system in 4.57, please allow us to add tenants from other servers. Oh, and pretty please, let our alts to share the house. (I'm still waiting for this >_<)

I would absolutely LOVE to have a goth/victorian/fancy vanity in-game! I have a makeshift one rigged in my small house, but would save me a ton of space and work if we could have one that is just one piece! (and dye-able of course too, although I am very partial to black or midnight blue lol)
