Oh, and I'd like blank partitions with doors in them. I really love blank partitions, and adding versions of them with doors would be very nice. Right now the door to my character's bedroom is a bit jarring because i want an actual door there but it clashes with the wallpaper on either side of it.
Dye able existing floors patterns and wallpapers.
In case an instanced balcony is to be implemented, I suggested the base designs of the following:
![]()
There are walls on both sides as well as the ceiling of the balcony, but still have a panoramic outdoors view, also following in-game weather as well as day and night cycle.
Though you will not see neighbor's balconies it still gives that feeling of other homeowner's one floor above & below, and on either sides, consequently the building exterior wall design should look as if there are balconies for each flat.
For Private Estates:
I suggest for the coming expansion, that the building area (the highlighted area on a vacant plot), would have "preset" adjustble* options, for the plot owner to select or rotate (like when one is arranging the angle of furnishings) which direction their house is facing.
the same goes for the entrance gate which is adjustable to face a desired direction, consequently outside grounds details e.g. rocks, steps, trees, ditches in front of the gate adjusts to the directional setting chosen by the plot owner.
And if possible enable the "Entrance to Additional Chambers" feature, for private estates, but limited to e.g. 10 additional chambers only, and without the workshop. The additional chambers could be purchased by the owner of the estate at his/her discretion.
For Lofts
If possible lofts, should be categorized as a really wide Half Partition interior furnishing (for the reason that other interior furnishings can be placed on top of half partitions), instead of it being a really wide wall mounted table.*
Having the shape of the fixture below (it should be fully rotatable as well)
Furnishing Capacity
Consequently, please double the furnishing capacity of both estates and apartments, for the reason that having lofts open the possibility of new interior decorating ideas.
Bathroom Fixtures
If possible since we already have bath tubs, bathroom tiles, shower stands, and sinks, we should also have Toilet Seats.
For the implementation of an improved instanced form of housing through the use of apartments, upgrades are necessary, their Buildings, Flats, Sorroundings, and Amenities should be improved.
The Building/s should showcase the architecture of the city state wherein they are located, it could possibly be placed in rural locations, e.g. in the middle of the Ruby Sea, using an already existing design mechanic like that of the HOH Tower, one can fly or warp to the location, move/fly around the building and even see it from a distance.
The Flats, to have the already existing design mechanic, "Entrance to Additional Chambers" enabled (so no need to redesign the size of the flat)
But limited to a maximum of, e.g. 10 chambers, the only options would be "Purchase Additional Chamber and Move to Specified Chamber"
Consequently it will not include a workshop. The additional chambers can be purchased by the owner of the flat at his/her discretion.
Also, Indoor gardening should be implemented, and enabling some outdoor furniture for indoor use should be implemented as well (so no need to redesign the flat to include an instanced balcony)
The Sorroundings should highlight the most beautiful landscapes of the apartments' city state location.
Finally, the amenities, apart from the default npc, mb, summoning bell, and mailbox. The location must have its own aetherite, and connected to other city states via airship, and wide function places to hold in game events, as well as, stables that are always clean.
Goblet has a lot of potential, and for the reason that its architecture is persian inspired, the architecture and color palette for its buildings and homes should be upgraded, so as not to be called khaki city.
Arch partitions!
I would like a shorter version of the loft, like a half-loft.
I saw people glitch lofts in walls to achieve this but I can't figure how.
You put the loft on a partition and then move the partition so close to the desired wall, that the loft sinks in the "real" wall. You won't achieve the "half-loft" by trying it on the fixed walls.
