obviously you have some math problems.
put the gather aside, since most ppl only gather in 1 or 2 regions, seldom ppl will gathering all over the world.

for the craft, just add up all the exp you need to lvl divided by 250

1,781,150 / 250 = 7124.6, ok u will more from higher recipe, but it definitely more than current request, plus ppl make stuffs after lvl 50.
base on the achievement request, SE just want us to lvl it again.

if you are only gettign 250 average exp per synth you are doing something WAY wrong

so id halve what you put and thats more accurate, even less then that too if you use manuals like most have been doing
