Create your own new PvP mode

I'd quite like PvP Teams to be given an actual purpose outside that brief attempt at eSpurts...

Not talking about a Feast Light Party season, either... Just a casual PvP Team leaderboard, that involves all PvP, complete with season rewards... So your team gains/loses rating based on performance in not just Feast (assuming anyone ever queues for Light Party), but Frontlines and Rival Wings as well... Would perhaps boost serious participation in Frontlines again... You could get the team together to do some Frontlines or Rival Wings, get people to actually try hard at those modes for once... Improve the quality of matches in those modes maybe? Build a bit of excitement around them at least, with a casual leaderboard, Frontlines technically already has one but it's incredibly basic and offers no reward...

Naturally, since it would involve Frontlines and Rival Wings, it wouldn't be anywhere near as competitive as Feast, but I think it would be a good way to build interest in PvP among the playerbase... It would be a casual season, with easy rewards, but the idea would be to encourage people to form Teams... A group could start out earning rating in Frontlines, perhaps give Feast Light Party a go if that becomes possible, maybe get them doing Feast solo queue as a result too... Better way to ease people into the competitive scene than whatever this current mess is, IMO...

Yes, very good idea. There should be FL/RW seasons too. But not as "strict" as the "true" competitive mode. Imo there shouldn't be a top 1 team, rather top 3 or top 10 (but I understand why peeps would disagree), to keep it more casual and fair. FL at least has too much RNG to truly be fair (except secure).

Personally I would like to see a solo-q freelance season-eaque thing.

The way I see it, they can either completely prevent people doing Frontlines as premade, in which case I think the mode will completely die out in any serious capacity, or they can encourage more premades to balance things out... Right now, if there's a premade, there's just one, and they'll usually dominate as a result. Encourage more premades and at least they can balance it out by putting premade vs premade. I'd rather see higher quality matches, and a greater sense of community (arguably that could backfire and become more toxic, but a team of 4 is going to have to work together with the rest of the group if they want to win/gain rating, at the very least I'd hope that would result in Frontlines/Rival Wings always having a shotcaller to direct the team to objectives), as a result of that, than the mess I currently see in Frontlines...

Plus, since it would be tied to PvP teams, you'd actually disrupt the ability to form premades somewhat... You can't just grab any friends to go in with like people currently do, you need to go in with your specific team... Not only would that disrupt the accessibility of premades, it would limit their size as well.

lol why xD ?! and you really think the same bunch of people bullying newbies and wolf mark farmers are the only reasons fl is active ? i wonder how many newbies tried fl ,got steamrolled over and over again and decided fl is no way worth the bother to learn how pvp fl works , and never played it again xD.
