Suggestion: Improved NPC Personal & Environmental Interaction

    Greetings everyone

I was jumping around in Rhalgr's Reach when I noticed the bonfires are not lit in the morning when I remember they are at night then I thought it would be nice if I would see an npc walking around in the evening lighting a bonfire or few of them up to give the place more life since most, if not all, of the npc feel as if they are just there to be there and I remembered how while Breath of the Wild is a single player RPG, I still enjoyed very much how intelligent, active and lively most of the npc are and how they make the place feel

I would see children running around, when I talk to one of them she tells me:
    "Have you seen this dance?!"
Starts mumbling nonsense as she dances...
Ends it with more nonsense and runs away making me giggle

Or the fish-girl walking around, as I talk to her she asks me if I want her to sing a song having a lore tip puzzle for my mind to think, or the npc coming out of their beds in the morning and going to their beds at night and there were even guards who do night shifts which amazed me and an npc walking in town, I leave and find him traveling through the road, then he is at a town elsewhere painting and he remembers me and welcomes me

Just a few examples with several others that made it feel a lively world and while FFXIV wouldn't need it more in my opinion than a single player RPG since it's an MMO, it would still be very much enjoyable to me as I care a lot about the world, I play it like I play a single player Final Fantasy game and I'd be happy with an increase of such things in the game

An example is just a simple and humble idea like a Namazu (or any other race) that would leave the Namazu area to go and fish at the lake (notice the irony here ), he fishes until he starts walking with the fish to the Namazu area to put them down and go back

And while I love to see FFXIV be the best game it can be, I do not ask for too much, I think I also remember maybe seeing a bit of good interactions I can't recall which I enjoyed in the game and I love the story content a lot for how rich it is, it's just the world's activity I would be happy to see improved in some ways and it's just a few of the things that would interest me in the environment more and increase the attention I give to the world instead of just ignoring it unless it's a quest dialogue npc

Sorry for the long post and thanks for reading!

Reminds me of one of the npcs in the floating mage city of Dalaran from WoW. In the evenings he'll wander the streets zapping on various light sources and he even sells an item that lets you run around and help. I'm all for making things seem more lively.
