Can we PLEASE stop with the robes for Casters/Healers, SE?!

Is that meant to be sarcastic or...?

Those aren't robes. They're tunics with pants and boots clearly visible. If you consider every top that hangs below the waist to be a robe then no wonder some people think that casters get "nothing but robes." By that definition, every class in the game gets nothing but "robes."

It would be cool if we could even see in the distance small airships and Imperial Juggernauts fighting the Yol forces of Doma. Looking forward to it.

That and lalas have short legs and you can semi see the pants under them. Also I think the two with orange are the fending and maiming ones as those sets tend to be exact copies of each other just a name and job change.

Oooo if/when they turn these into crafting recipies or give us an alt color later on somewhere I could see at least the healer caster sets to be an in game choice for winter/xmas style of glamour for those who don't want to buy the ones from the mog station. Also most of those don't look that bad on the few males in the picture.

(I'm predicting Roegadyn = Striking, Au Ra = Aiming, Hyur = Scouting, Elezen = Fending, Lalafell = Healing, Miqo'te = Casting, Highlander = Maiming) Can we PLEASE stop with the robes for Casters/Healers, SE?!

Personally, I think the Highlander is Striking and the Midlander is Maiming.




But all in all, not particularly excited for the gear.

We've been saying that since Fan Fest when both the trailer and dungeon were revealed, actually. It's pretty clearly the same place.

Since the trailer is for 5.0, in context the scene on the battlefield is a flashback from there to the past events of 4.5.

The juggernauts are ridiculous-looking. They seem like all you need to do to disable them is knock them over sideways.
