To anyone from Square-Enix’s team that can help.

I preorder FINAL FANTASY® XIV – THE BEST [BLU-RAY MUSIC DISC] back on 9-22-2018, and was then billed and sent a confirmation notice on 11-13-2018. However, it is now 12-9-2018, nearly a month later and I have yet to receive my item, nor a shipping confirmation. I have been trying to contact the Square-Enix Online Store’s support team for the past week, and due to there only being a support request form and no live chat or phone number I have not heard anything back from them besides the normal automated e-mail stating ‘thank you for contacting us.’ This is getting really annoying, I preordered for the sole reason to get the first print for ingame item bonuses, and the more time that passes the less likely I will get them. The store still has the item in stock for anyone who wants to purchase one, so I don’t see why I have yet to receive my copy.

I don’t know where else I should post this, since every time I try to contact the customer support I am ignore.
