If people are making the argument that old content is irrelevant, yet they'll gladly run it during a roulette, that's called a double standard. If old content is bearable or enjoyable through a roulette, it will also be running it as a BLU
NIN, DRK, AST, MCH, SAM, RDM all could be played in Halatali during release. the problem with BLU is that you can't play it in Ivalice or the MSQ that's going to be released in the next patch.
You'll be able to run it when BLU gets the cap raised to 70, so that's a non-issue. And you can run old alliance raids through PF and preformed alliances.
