    Where has this "BLU has to be OP" coming from? 11? In other games they've been strong yes, not usually not as strong as other jobs like SMN, it's spells were usually very niche and you only really used around 10 at best. FF5 only had like 30 total BLU magic..

    Bad Breath / Level 5 Death are the go to so far, and it's mostly from SE. I mean people are referencing it too (for agreement and not), in terms of changing those spells to fit the mold vs not but SE started that point. The reason why Blue Mage is limited is because they want the spells to be as they are seen in the game via the monsters.

    Although it'd be a real special feeling (insert blow to the gut here) if they nerf the monster skills and make it limited lol. Blue Mage Level 5 Death "deals 200 potency". Bad Breath "40 potency dot". Limited content please look forward to it! Hehe, but I don't think they're doing that - at least we have comments to the opposite of that concept. So we should be expecting Blue Mage to bad breath a group of monsters for 5+ cc debuffs each and goofy stuff like that.
