There are quite a few people like that, and not just for BLU, but for classes like PUP and BSM too.

wanting BSM to be relevant for PVE is silly, becuase its designed to make gear for USE in pve but is not a combat job at all. But theyre making BLU essentially a limited DoM which cannot do most content.
