Because they want to raid with their friends and those friends are on different worlds for various reasons? Is that really that difficult for you to comprehend?

Most of the people I know don't choose their FCs for raiding. They choose them for other social and game play reasons. They use statics for raiding and most of those statics have cross world members.

Trying to force players to raid only with their own FCs isn't going to help you at all.

Because their FC isn't filled with raiders, but is good in many other ways?
Raiding isn't the only thing done in the game, you know.

More people would join raids if the rewards was actually worth the effort but it's not. Thus the small population of raiders gotta stick together or they won't get stuff done from what I read so far on here.

Nah, there’s quite a few that want the raid shinies, but just don’t want to put in the effort required for it. Or who don’t have the skill for it. Some want to raid but don’t have the time for statics due to real-life responsibilities and schedules, but who do not PUG because PFs are questionable, and become more so the longer you wait. Also the mindset: JP sees Savage as the next thing to do on a list of content; hence why their clears are higher than any other region. People on NA/EU are very, “I don’t wanna do it, so I’m not gonna do it”.

There are people who don’t see it worth the time, but it’s not the most pervasive of mindsets, nor the number one reason. There are a myriad.

People are moving from Crystal to Aether because the raid scene will be larger here, what with Gilgamesh and Sargatanas both on here (both of which have the highest rate of clears). And the raiders moving do not want to be isolated from the greater raid community. Those who made the raid community on servers like Balmung do not want to have to remake a new one, so they are also moving.

Raid gear gets replaced so fast though but I can see why some people want it for bragging rights even for a limited time. I just hope when most of the raiders move away from Crystal they won't take all the regular competent people that do normal content with them is all. Seen people wipe on ARR EX primals unsyc after all and that's on Aether! Crystal will be many times worse is my fear.
