...what excatly is it that you're trying to say here?
Its not even that your english wouldnt be understandable, I can make sense out of your sentences, but I cant find the sense in the whole topic - even less considering that you already made a topic in which you discussed your wish that Eureka would allow you to form bonds with people like FFXI did.

And I believe people in that topic already told you, that you can: You can befriend people from different realms now, send /tells from world to the next, you can exchange Discord-names or form/join a crossworld linkshell.
If you cant forge lasting bonds, thats on you - not on the game. The game is provoding you with the tools to connect with people, its up to you to make use of those tools.

This isnt FFXI and frankly I doubt that what worked in FFXI ten years ago will work again today.
Eureka "needs" to be an instances, to ensure that people can actually get their stuff done - back when FFXI was the current stuff, both the mentality of people playing it aswell as the time those people had were different. I bet a lot of their storries go a bit like: Being in school (or uni) back in FFXI and now, 10 years later, they're having a job, maybe even a family and less time to play - so the audience this game needs to appeal to (opposed to FFXI) isnt only the kid whos coming home from school at 2pm and has the whole day to play, but also the family mom or dad who has 2 hours in the evening tops, but still wants to progress in the game.

My best advice would be to keep the good memories of FFXI in your heart - but not let them bleed over into this game and expect it to replicate them. You can form lasting bonds in FFXIV aswell, but you need to apply different strategies than you did in FFXI. Dont blame the game if you cant or dont want to do that - there are tools at your hands to make and keep friends.
We dont need the devs to create content that forces us to play together in a way that FFXI just so that we can "make friends".
This game isnt supposed to bring us "love", specially not for each other - its a game, its supposed to bring us fun, as in: be fun as a game by itself first and foremost.
You can find love within it, sure - but the game shouldnt force you to do that. And its not the games fault if you cant.
