    am getting 401 errors as well - are you guys UK/Europe based?

    I'm from NA but I've done a bit of digging myself. Apparently 601/401 are errors you get when you have pop ups that mess up payments. Such as having adblock or it not working in either chrome or firefox. I sent a ticket to support but they probably won't get back to it until Monday as they are closed now. For my pending things I will probably have to wait until it's gone. Apparently you can buy crysta with paypal if you can't wait but I'd highly suggest to be careful as all of our situations might be different.

    Thanks - would be surprised if pop-ups are the problem for me as it works fine for other sites like Amazon, and I run a Mac (which I'm on now) and the PC for gaming and it doesn't work on either....

    Luckily don't need game time which is a relief
