    You practically don't get to play ranked PvP if your schedule doesn't allow you to play within the tiny prime time windows. I'm two hours into a queue for ranked as I'm typing this. (Primal). I have to leave around 8/9pm.

    Competing for leader board spots with people who login during prime time for 8 minute queue times may not even be feasible. I'm not saying give out old rewards, however, the player base has to be bigger for it to be a real competition.
