Thanks for the explanation!It would be to do with how the game reads the data and displays the character. Everything is programmed to expect data in a certain form. If you add more information, you have to change every part of the programming that reads that information.
More appearance data per character also means more data needing to be sent to (and received from) every other player in the area.
I think there's one from a past seasonal event. I noticed at All Saints' Wake that some of the NPCs had a spiderweb facepaint design, so that might be it.![]()
