    OT

As others have said, just cancel/unsub, uninstall, and don't look back.
Oh whoops, I failed my usual proofread... well nothing left to do now but pretend it was intentional and roll with it...

Yeah, that problem with addition reared its ugly head in full force in Ridorana, but we could hardly blame SE for that and ask them to fix it with a ban.

    Hehe, saved it.

I think you *might* have issues you may need to talk about with a professional.

I'm sure someone on the forums is a professional something-or-another, that counts.

If someone wins an argument, they have learned nothing.

Just gather for 15 hours straight and if someone trade checks you walk back and forth for hours .

As someone who has tried to pull the exact same stuny because I felt I had broken a rule, it doesn't work. As others have said, get help. There are more deep-rooted issues at play here. We aren't qualified to solve them. Speak to someone qualified.

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

Sorry, but no it doesn't. I thought that for a long time too, but all it does is disable the service account so that it can't be used from within the game. It essentially is a "on hold" toggle. Yes I do mean toggle, because you can click it again at anytime to reactivate it. If you disable/cancel the service account it stops it from appearing in game when you go to switch between service accounts (only applicable if you have multiple service accounts).

I appreciate that probably doesn't sound very useful, but it's very useful for hiding service accounts that don't have subscriptions so you can't accidentality select them. Selecting the wrong one might also not sound like a big deal, but because of the how the game works if you select a service account that doesn't have a subscription it comes up with an error and exits the entire game, forcing you to start over and log back in again and since they're all labelled the same (Final Fantasy XIV 1, Final Fantasy XIV 2, Final Fantasy XIV 3, etc...) it's easy to get them mixed up. This way you can choose to just hide inactive accounts.

    Hope that helps to explain!

There is an option to delete your entire Square Enix account though, not just cancel your service account for FFXIV. From what I can see though, deletion of the entire SE account IS permanent.

FFXIV is the least addicting MMO in the market , I think you should unsub, and try other MMO's. then You will realize FFXIV is actually not that bad or addicting .

Sorry, but I've just looked and I only see options to "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Service Account". There's no delete option anywhere, in the mogstation or the general account website.

Never mind, I found it, although it's not permanent it seems as the confirmation page says you can get it reactivated by contacting support.
