Proto-Ultima in Dun Scaith+ a question about the mhachi raids

Proto ultima flies around shooting laser around the zone, then it stops on a rock and summons a rafflesia + aethero conductor stuff and the FATE spawns, afterwards it flies again around and then disappears.
Of note the weather lasts only for Proto Ultima existance in the zone and not until the FATE fails or is completed. Since the FATE is not visible on the map and the weather is not linked to it, u migth miss the FATE for a good chunk of time

Lore wise Proto-Ultima went to Dun Scaith because of the high aetherial activity of the major voidsent there. With Scathach being a voidsent queen and having several of her strongest 'minions' there, it computed that they are possibly Eikons.
