Let's talk about the leaver penalty.

Also upon receiving the penalty brick their computers, kick them out of their house and salt their lands, throw them in irl jail too, because how dare someone abandon a duty in a videogame.

That would help the housing problem...hmmm though that is optional content so may not work...maybe after second offense -.-/

Simple solution if you abandon lets have an actual penalty, not a time out. Minimum penalty 5 hours. -.-/ Add a special banner that states coward for leaving or Does not play well with others O.o/ D/c don't count or kicks -.- would be loop hole. However if kicked a banner of shame should appear with reason.

Only if we can also have banners of shame for players that are carried by their party.

Some people think they are above us mere mortals. Who the hell queue's knowing based on selection they may get a dungeon they don't want? Who the hell can't pull up a dictionary and look up the word Roulette and use common sense?

I just used Bing to ask the OPs question (not your reworded query) and got all sorts of info about leaving a duty, but no reference to your source, or info on the "refill the party" quote.

Different folks pursue different avenues for queries. The Forums here are as good for that as the rest of the Internet. So sorry you wasted your time here. What were you expecting?

Yeah I wasnt referring to 3 strikes I was saying I had got the penalty twice in one day thanks to this. and I BELIEVE there is a 2nd tier of 3 strikes. where it locks you out a whole day.

That'll hit players like me that did fights like Shinryu for the first time as MSQ requirement. I kept dying and was being over all useless. At the very least make it so those banners don't apply if it involves a fight during MSQ run. XD

A new player struggling with a new fight is different than someone who isn’t new to a fight being carried by a party, to be fair. Though my comment was mostly sarcasm, I don’t consider players new to a fight as being carried. But the SAM who isn’t new and who dies 7 times and does less damage than the healers? That’s what I consider a carry, personally speaking.

Why do I get a penalty for leaving a duty after someone else already left it? got a stupid group in o9 which tried to kick my friend who was also the only tank doing their job, so i left after he was gone, still got the penalty even tho 2 people had been kicked. Why is this a thing? now I'm on 2 penalties in one day (first one was my fault) but the 2nd one was absolutely someone elses fault. and SE doesnt know the difference.

Never happened to me .....maybe someone joined a bit before you left duty?

Cuz when I leave after most of the party left I never recieved a penalty.And I always make sure I'm the last one leaving when people ditch a duty to avoid such issue
