Light source for starlit wall effect?

im taking a wild guess but it could possibly be last years table top xmas trees which they used to make the stars, its the only small items with twinkling lights we have, besides the huge trees

Carbuncle lamps, some of the stuffies (like the chocobo) and the small starlight saplings all give off little star effects.
