    No, none of the external DLC minions/items have ever been re-issued. The albums and plushies are still available for purchase, but they no longer come with valid codes - the Primogs have been expired since Dec 31, 2016, and the Carbuncle minions expired last year (Dec 31, 2017).
    Wrong, Delivery Moogle, Carbuncle got re-release with now NON- EXPIRE CODE!
    Yes they did expired 2017 but got brought back.
    My mistake on Tsu.
