due to many users flooding on the lodestone top page, we're out of electricity so we have decide to extend the temporary suspension for 2 months

I know SE said JST time zone, but the original post was in PDT time zone before they did the follow up. Could be possible they meant to say PDT time zone as almost all posts by SE on the English site is always in PDT time zone.
