Ravana is an older trial where if you fall off, you won't reappear on the platform. You fall, you're gone for the rest of the fight, and can't be rezzed. So even IF they were on-level for the Verraise, that person was a goner.

O10s, the Warrior who grabbed the Bulwark just stood there in the boss's charges, taking the fire.

Then when it's passed to me for the tether there is not enough left of the shield to keep me alive through the Hot Tail.
Cue me getting yelled at for being a bad tank, because i ate like 190K damage due to the other tank getting hit earlier.
No amount of CD's was getting me through that one.

In some trial fights, if you get knocked off the arena, that's it, you're done. Can't be raised at all.

I can't recall for sure if Ravana nm is like that but if it is, that's twice the ignorance and stupidity on whoever launched the kick.

It does have perma-death if you get knocked off. As does Bismarck and Sephirot (for Ex and normal).

Doma Castle today with an Ast who was Noct which is fine but they only sat there and spammed Benefic II over and over again till they went oom on almost every pull, they also couldn't handle more than 2 pulls and never DPS'd on bosses or trash pulls. We wiped twice because they just couldn't heal at all which I told them go Dinural as it has a Regen and it'll help more they said no it sucked and then called me bad.

Rest of the dungeon I slapped my STR gear on and let them spam heal me as I did 1 pack, petty? Yes, but it bugs me that healers sit there AFK only wanting to use Cure II/Benefic II and nothing else they played 2 cards the whole dungeon a Spread Ewer and a Spread Bole.

I also saved them multiple times on the 2nd boss by Covering + Hallowed and throwing out a Clemency because they'd rather Helios themselves with no one around yikes.
