Just jump into the daily frontline pvp. By doing this each day you get 1000 Wolf marks guaranteed + about 500 or more (up to 1000 if your GC wins) based on the the match result.
Additionaly you recieve 1000 wolf marks from your challenge log (participate in 7 fronline matches)

I did it this way myself and it took me about 10 days to get it with just one round per day.
Not sure which DC Lich is on but on chaos the daily frontline is currently pretty active so I'd say go for it as long as it is still alive.
