I took my RDM last night on a lighthouse run, and all was pretty smooth up until the last boss. We had some scattered deaths here and there on the earlier fights, but nothing major.
On the last boss, during one of the magnetic fields, we ended up with a horrible pools-of-death placement, and it ended up taking out about 6 of our other members. The 7th died shortly after. That left the other RDM as the sole surviving member of our party. So we're all hanging out, dead for at least a minute, and he just keeps doing his DPS thing. This was the conversation from that moment:
He still didn't bother raising anybody. Thankfully one of the other parties got one of our healers up, who in turn got me up, and we tried our best to get the rest of the part alive and kickin, but it was all in vain as adds started spawning a short bit later. Our party was half alive, and those who were alive were near death. We tried to salvage things for adds, but didn't manage, and there was a wipe.
One of my biggest pet peeves are RDMs who refuse to raise. I get it, our main focus is DPS, we aren't here to babysit healers - HOWEVER, the bloody skill is in our toolkit for a reason. We have an amazing support skill, and it takes only a second to use. It pains me when it's not being used. ._.
