all tanks are able to take TBs pretty well, DRK only have a slight adventage when the TB is magic and the rest of cds you dont use on TB you use it against AA since DRK is weak in that field, for no mention right now PLD offer a lot of suport with intervetion with a shield of a 50% sometimes making WAR that bring better dps and a aoe shield being well covered, so no, DRK combinations are not really the best composition for progresion, WAR/PLD are.

That's why I say "with a shield of a 50% sometimes", 6 seconds of 10%-50% mitigation is far better that a weak shield of 10% DRK hp that can take only 1 hit.
