I've got a House Demolition mail, I'm not even in the same World as the mail indicate

As the title says I've got a House Automatic Demolition Notice. The problem is that I don't own any house and I'm not even in the same world as the mail says the plot is found.

I'm from Louisoix (I transfered from Zodiark for more than a year already), and I got a housing demolition notice from

World Zodiark: Plot: Plot 35, 3 Ward, Mist

I don't need to convince you. I think support should be able to check who they send those mails.

could explain this mysterious demo problem, they are sending warnings to the wrong accounts. The actual owner of that plot would be clueless.

It's likely that you have a different character on that world that is part of a Free Company with a house. That email is sent to every member of the Free Company, regardless of your activity on that character. Double-check if you have any other characters on that world. On the bright side, if that house is demolished, it doesn't sound like it will affect you.

It is a Free Company Plot so everyone in the FC is going to get an email, it only takes one member to enter the house to reset the timer.

While this may be the case (unlikely, as the OP would probably know if they had a plot on an alt), saying that it won't affect the OP is the wrong message to send. If, hypothetically, mails are being sent in error it affects the community as a whole. It affects the OP in that they may face the issue in the future where another player gets their mail. This issue should be be investigated, and OPs mail, and their feedback to the community is a vital part of that, as it affects all of us who own a house.

Yes, but if the OP doesn’t have an alt on Zodiark at all, then why are they getting an email about the upcoming demolition of an FC house there?

OP, do you have an alt on that server in an FC with an estate?
