That's not a simple answer at all. Healers are built to use healer gear, the stats are balanced around it.
Are you saying their skills should be based on dex instead of mind? What about piety and sps?

This is why I think dancer is far more likely to be dps, and if and when we get another healer, it'll be something that can wear robes, like a geomancer or arithmetist.

i mean if Blue mage was gonna be a tank
and Dancer is a physical healer
they would have a trait to change there stats so they don't have to make new gear
"might to magic"
etc etc
