My usual response to this sort of trash is to fight fire with an absolute conflagration. A sharp enough tongue will make them leave you in peace. Most people in this game, I've found, say stuff like that because the majority of players are too nice/timid/whatever to throw it back at them. I've no patience for it. If you happen to be the healer, sometimes it's good to leave them on the floor in timeout for a bit to think about their choices.

Someone who says "Just uninstall" after a wipe in a video game is an idiot or needs frustration management. It is really not that serious and if it is, they should get a static together and do it as efficiently as they would like.

Also can I say it's ironic? Asking people to chill when you're clearly upset from said people? The people saying things like that just get you kicked or leave then move on while you're here typing paragraphs about em. I think they clearly won.

Well, situations like you've passed is what keep the majority of the player base away from the raids. Myself included.

Hold up, hold up. Not believing the OP to be a victim strickly from their point of view is elitism? We call that reasonable where I'm from. For all you know OP could be lying for forum likes.

I've found that's because the type that make these threads typically are the toxic casual type; the type that, rather than use a kick as a chance to consider their actions and consider they just might need to relearn a lot of what they think they know, instead double down and try to build up an army of people that will pat them on the head and say everything is okay. That "it's okay to do extreme content as a bad."

It's not. If you ever get kicked, it's because enough people in your party didn't want you there. By metrics alone, you have been focus-tested and it has been decided literally anyone else other than you would be a more desirable option.

Figure out why that is, and make yourself better because of it. I'm not going to make excuses for words exchanged, since that "elitist" should have just kicked out the person in question without a word before it got to the point where he'd say something stupid.

But that absolutely does not excuse repeated careless mistakes or terrible rotations.

Well, the only word we have is from the victim. And we made judgements from it. I chose to take the victim's side. Some people on this topic took the agressor's side.

And what no one considered is that the party was a learning party. If the OP can't make a mistake a mistake on a party which the objective is to learn the fight, then yes, the agressor was elitist.

If the agressor was facing frustration because of that, sorry. His problem. He knew that the party was a learning one and he knew that everyone could miss a mechanic. He should be able to control his emotions. Or close the game for a while to cool down. Once he made that remark, the agressor lost his reason.

Bolded is hyperbolic but I agree with the general sentiment.

But this was also a learning party as I understand it, if people were making dumb mistakes in a clear party where everyone's expected to know the fight that'd be one thing, a learning/practice party should probably be more lenient at least at first, though even in these someone repeating the same mistake multiple times can grate on you too.

Ah so the Extreme toxicity is still around in this game... I will say it is for the betterment of the community to teach someone that you believe is worse than you, rather than kick them or berate them. In the long run, they will teach others and more people will get better at the run and you will more likely run into players that know what to do in Duty Finder.

Offer feedback, be a helpful part of the hospitable community that this game has become known for. We are all on the same side.
