Regarding Cleric Stance

In the patch notes, under new CON abilities "Cleric Stance" is defined as:

Increases potency of attack spells by 20% and reduces potency of healing spells by 20%. Effect fades upon reuse.
Recast Time: 30sec.

To me, this seems backwards for CON and could very well just be an error. Why would it be called Cleric Stance if you are reducing your healing abilities? Shouldn't this actually read:

Reduces potency of attack spells by 20% and increases potency of healing spells by 20%. Effect fades upon reuse.
Recast Time: 30sec.

Or is this really what is intended?

Possibly for solo or duo if would wish to do a bit more damage and don't need heal too much or don't need big heals.
