I am getting tired of the BLM "Buffs"

Eh, it's not so bad. I've progged savage as blm throughout SB without any issue. The recent nerf to smn and buff to our output makes blm more a consideration for carrying dps checks this tier as well. That buff was about a 300 dps boost with last tier's ilevel. That gap will only increase with the new gear.

If you're good enough at a job, groups don't really mind as much what it is. The smn/rdm raise slave position is only a huge deal for the first few days when everyone is going blind.

Of course, maybe the general population opinions differ on different data centers.

In my datacenter ive been met with radio silence, no group wants to take me for what i am, ive been trying to find a static for 4.4 for weeks and havent been able to as a black mage, is it because i want a week 4-6 clear? I dont have a clue

But things for me certainly arent as smooth as everyone elses here.

Week 4-6 is pretty late tbh. I'd go look for recruitment posts on the balance if you haven't already.
Did you recently change servers? If you used to be on Cerberus and this is you here:

you should be fine finding somebody. If you post a recruitment in the recruitment channel there, be sure to link that. It seems like its mostly blm's who don't have a good performance history who struggle to get into statics (which kind of sucks, but its just the nature of this job and the skill gap it has for a pure dps type job).

A note for OP, depending on the group you're trying to join hiding your logs looks a lot worse than having bad, or no logs. When I fill empty slots in my static I normally go for people I know can learn and be consistent even if their logs aren't that good, but them being hidden is usually a sign that something is weird, or that they're probably not going to jive with the group. Hidden logs can mean anything from embarrassment to aggressively antagonistic when it comes to accepting criticism or help or direction. It's better to head off that impression from the start.

If you deleted those because you uploaded them -- and I'm not saying you did -- and you wanted to save yourself from maybe getting attention from GMs;

They don't care, you don't need to hide it lol.

Old post but, i killed o10s week one, had 10% something, got frustrated and hid them for a bit out of frustration, they're back up(a long time ago).

But basically what Zerathor is saying is true, you can keep uptime in all fights if you're good enough, the issue isnt the class being difficult or losing dps during movement, the issue is the sheer power of ressurects during progression, thats what phasing us out of most statics.
