Patches take too long to come out. Please Hire more staff

If you don't like the speed of patches, don't play, we won't miss you and no cares, end of story. We can all argue about business practices for days but most people on this forum have no background education in economics, business, or basically anything it seems, so its pointless.

To say them delaying patches continuously for a game that is under pressure and scrutiny,is bad business, is like saying the government comes out with legislation to slow, it is how it is, things take time, if you can't handle it, instead of complaining find something constructive to do.

You have a million whiny ass people like you on websites complaining about XIV, saying "just cancel it, that game sucks", and see if you'd be quick to pump out buggy lame content.

more dev's does not mean faster patches. too many cooks spoil the broth. it don't matter how many cooks you have cooking said broth. the cooking time is set by how long it takes to cook, not by how many cooks you have in your kitchen

More cooks would produce more broth wouldn't they not ?, ie 1 cook makes one lot of broth, 100 would make 100 times as much in the same time.

Granted the broth may not taste better for it but you just fed a whole lot more people.

Also you are referred to making a bunch of the same products. They are not trying to make 100 clones of XIV (each independently making the game).

Depends how big the kitchens is I guess, in large hotels/restaurants you don't have just one cook.

(joking aside) like I mentioned earlier by making 100 broths with 100 cooks is not the same thing as making 1 XIV with 100 devs. They don't equal up mathematically or logically. In order for it to be the same you have to say 100 cooks making 100 broths to 100 devs making 100 XIVs (but we are only making 1 XIV this is our constant in the equation. so that being said you can only make 1 broth to match the equation).

100 cooks / 1 broth = 100 devs / 1 FFXIV
but
100 cooks / 100 broths =/= 100 devs / 1 FFXIV
