To be fair we kinda all have so many more fun thing to do right now, let it one week or two and its gonna be full again of people wishing to finish the work before Pyros come out of SE trash-bin.

Or, you know, you could always NOT do Pagos or Pyros, since it's garbage content. Just let it fail on principle, rather than letting the activity numbers rise high enough for Yoshi and his team to think they did a good thing.

And thats how to incentivize content. You can have the shittiest content and people witll do it if the rewards are good enough. And vise versa. Too bad SE has missed both those marks on most of their content for FFXIV.
