While I agree with the part about MSQ and jump potions, I disagree about unsynced runs not awarding completion or drops.

I've yet to farm Extreme ARR/HW primals for mounts. I'm planning on doing these unsynced solo/duo.

Don't see, why after I've taken the time to get to max level and geared up, not to take advantage of that.

From the sprout who was once worried about taking on normal Ifrit, to the seasoned veteran who's slayed multiple primals, multiple times and has the level and gear to show for it. To me that gives me the sense that my character has grown stronger.

I can understand people doing synced runs for the challenge and they probably should add achievements and rewards for that.

What's your reasoning?

I half agree with what van_arn said...I think only the FIRST time should be synced. That way people have a basic understanding of it, since it is still fairly often that you get an extreme primal(typically only the ARR ones oddly enough) when queuing for Mentor Roulette. Drops definitely should not be locked behind synced runs only.

I'd be fine with unsynced dropping loot if and only if to get into it unsynced you had to clear it synced first.

That said, the primal mounts would mean a lot more if people had to actually do them at-level. As they are now, they're a waste of time to farm.
