imo I think Eureka could have benefited from doing a more consistent variation of the challenge logs, except instead it could have had daily quests with that yielded fixed amounts of XP, crystals, light, etc. The quests could have been fashioned similarly to beast tribe dailies, while encouraging exploration of the zones and expanding upon the lore. Sure, they could have kept the mob grinds and NMs as alternative means to potentially accelerate the process. But a quest system could give the players different options on how to level up and enhance relics, as well as give solo players a better opportunity for obtaining relics.
