SE: Can we get back skip cutscene in Main Scenarios?

Put in a button people can click to skip cutscene, only works if everyone pushes it.

this has been suggested before, only problem is the person who votes not to skip is going to be pressured to and get shunned/bullied etc til they just leave or get forced out.
