But i never see them handing out Ultimate weapons nor unsync it, legacy status or tied items such as mounts. People need to understand the Raven Earrings was a "raid" reward while tattoo, chocobo and Goobbue mount was all legacy status items.

The mark of the twelve, was not from the legacy campaign. It was only from creating a character in 1.0. That’s it.
The Legacy Goobbue was from a quest, it was not part of the legacy campaign either.

Only the Chocobo and the reduced sub were from the campaign.

I should know, I have all of them. I also had the “raid” earrings too.

They just said in the patch notes that UCoB UwU is being synced to 375. So, no. I sincerely believe they will not ever let people unsync Ultimate.

As a winner of several contests (my pride and joy was getting my design put on the local library's bookmarks), I could never sympathize or understand the "only i must have it!!!" mentality that comes with contests or content. The greatest reward is the memories and the pride, not some dinky, half-baked reward.

Besides, aren't they moving the ugly scarf out to replace it with Cloud hairstyle? There is still exclusive rewards you can get and have for years before they are released to general public.

And you can't use undersized party for Stormblood content until Shadowbringers releases, so that's where the change would take place. If not exactly when Shadowbringers releases, certainly no longer than the first 5.X Ultimate dropping.

I wonder how they are going to tackle old Ultimates when new expansions hit. They're going to have to do something because sweeping job changes will either make the older fights easier or more difficult than intended.

Well they're definitely not going to go back and rebalance the fight, at least that much is certain. They refused to go back and switch Titan HM's gaol from encounter reset to just deal damage when asked during a Q&A and that would require significantly less manpower/hours.

They never bothered to verify that minimum item level runs were even possible on all of the content in ARR and HW when SB dropped either; I vaguely remember reading something about it either in the 4.0 patch notes or an interview from that time period.
