[Request]: Allow players to mute other player(s) in shout/yell/global chat

Just because you find someone's shouts annoying doesn't mean everyone is. Blacklisting that player takes care of most of the problem since the majority of players have the common sense not to reply. You can always blacklist those who do.

A Chat Abuse report option would be nice to go alongside the RMT report option, though. If someone is truly abusing the chat feature then it should be reported for review by GMs and having to go through the Support Desk interface is awkward.

I'd also like to be able to blacklist cross world players. There was someone spamming some Australian music poll nonsense over and over in Calamity Retold the other night and I would have loved to blacklist them so I didn't have to listen to it. I finally exited the instance to escape it just to get placed back into the instance with that player again when I requeued a few minutes later.

I'd also like to add how plainly dumb this idea is. There's a place called Eureka, the land of salt. If someone died, they often use the shout/yell chats trying to get someone to come along and revive them.

What's to stop a bunch of trolls trying to mute people who die a lot and get them more likely to LOSE EXP IF THEY CAN NOT BE RAISED?

I know for a fact that my blacklist limit amount definitely needs to at least triple from 200 to 600+.
